Financing
Hartz Heating and Cooling Inc offers financing for system replacement. We do not offer in house financing; however, we are registered with a few companies. The first step would be to call us at 704-791-0399 and schedule an appointment for one of our service technicians to come to your home and evaluate your current system. Your technician will email and mail a written proposal explaining the work to be performed and the price. Once you inform us that you accept the proposal then you can apply for financing. Below are some options we offer.
Different financing options that we offer:
1. Payzer
Payzer offers a variety of loan options. You can fill out the application, by clicking here. Once completed we will get an email informing us that you submitted a loan application. If approved, Payzer will send you an email and mail you paperwork regarding submitting payment and information we will need to process payment. At that point, you can call Hartz Heating and Cooling Inc and we will work with you to schedule your system replacement. When the system replacement is completed our office staff will call you and discuss the next steps to complete the payment process.
2. Duke Energy
If you have a Duke Energy account you may qualify for a loan. Once you receive our written proposal and accept it you can contact Duke Energy by phone or by emailing partnerfinancing@duke-energy.com. They will contact you to discuss the details of your application. On the day of the installation our install crew will bring paper work for you to complete that will be submitted to Duke Energy. The new payment amount will be added to your Duke Energy monthly bill.
3. Piedmont Natural Gas
If you have a Piedmont Natural Gas account you may qualify for a loan. Once you receive our written proposal and accept it Hartz Heating and Cooling office staff will contact Piedmont and provide them with all the required information. If your request is accepted by Piedmont, they will give our staff the percentage rate, number of payments and total of payments. At that point you can accept or decline the offer. If accepted, our office personnel will request you sign paperwork on the day of installation and we will forward to Piedmont. The new payment amount will be added to your Piedmont monthly bill.
4. One Main Financial
Once you agree to our written proposal, you will contact One Main Financial directly. You can call them at 704-788-3170, go by there Concord, NC location or by going to their website, clicking here.

If you choose not to finance we also accept check, credit card or cash.
