Preventative Maintenance Consists of the following:

Spring (Cooling Checklist)

  • Check thermostat function
  • Check temperature delta
  • Check electrical components
  • Visually inspect for biological growth
  • Inspect air filters
  • Check for proper air flow
  • Clear/Flush condensate line
  • Chemically cleanse condenser coil
  • Inspect safety switches/Test controls
  • Test cooling function
  • Inspect blower wheel and capacitor
  • Replace customer supplied filter(s)
  • Check refrigerant
  • Visually inspect duct system

Fall (Heating Checklist)

  • Check thermostat function
  • Check temperature delta
  • Check electrical components
  • Inspect air filters
  • Check for proper air flow
  • Clear/Flush condensate line & pump
  • Inspect safety switches/Test controls
  • Test heat function
  • Visually inspect duct system, flue pipes and gas lines
  • Check blower capacitor
  • Check refrigerant (Heat Pump Only)
  • Clean and test flame sensor
  • Replace customer supplied filter(s)
