  • 10% discount on all repairs performed outside of regularly scheduled maintenance visits
  • 25% discount on repairs performed during regularly scheduled maintenance visits

  • Two (2) preventative maintenance appointments per year (Spring and Fall)
  • We will contact you in the Spring and Fall to schedule your maintenance appointments
Exclusions
  • Discounts do not apply to the cost of filters, UV lights, humidifier pads, or humidifier filters.
Plan Terms
  • The maintenance plan runs from January 1 through December 31 and automatically renews each January unless canceled.
  • A monthly payment option is available for the Preventative Maintenance Plan.
  • The maintenance plan is non-transferable and applies only to the equipment and property listed at the time of enrollment.
